REXZA COLOURS & CHEMICALS INC. will act as a distributor of dyes and pigments used across multiple industries in Canada, including food and pharmaceutical, as well as for other industrial applications. The Company will import its products from the Parent Company's manufacturing plant in India and store them in a warehousing facility in Canada. It will then further supply its clients throughout Canada with these products, with long-term plans to also export these products to clients in the U.S., South Africa, and the Middle East in the coming years. From its Office and warehouse, the imported dyes and pigments will be subsequently distributed to clients nationwide after an agreement is made on the terms and conditions of each sale. The Company plans to operate its own colour manufacturing plant in the future.
